NIB Chief Risk Officer Hilde Kjelsberg retires

Hilde Kjelsberg, NIB’s First Vice-President, Chief Risk Officer, Head of Risk & Compliance, is retiring. She has worked at NIB since March 2006 and has made a significant impact in various roles during the years.

“We greatly appreciate Hilde’s many years of service and numerous accomplishments at Nordic Investment Bank. Hilde has played an instrumental role in shaping a modern risk and compliance function of the Bank. We wish her all the best in the future in her home country Norway,” says André Küüsvek, NIB President and CEO.

“I am very proud of the Risk & Compliance department. We have built a great team and achieved many milestones together since the establishment of the department in spring 2020. The foundation of the Bank is strong, paving the way for further business development, growth and impact in the Nordic-Baltic region,“ says Kjelsberg.

Hilde Kjelsberg will continue in her position until mid-December 2024. The process of finding her successor has started.
