Project
Valsts Nekustama Ipasuma Agentura (VNIA) is Latvia’s state real estate company. The loan totalling EUR 10.3 million will be used for the renovation of a building to be rented out to the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Moving the Ministry into the new location will significantly improve working conditions for the Ministry’s staff. VNIA oversees the construction, maintenance and management of the state’s real estate for renting it out to state institutions.
