Project
The loan has been provided for the Finnish real estate investment company Antilooppi Ky for the financing of the refurbishment of the historical building Siltasaari 10 in Hakaniemi, Helsinki. The property has received LEED Platinum, the highest level of certification in the LEED program, and is aiming for WELL Gold level certification. The focus of WELL Building standards and certification is on the health and wellbeing of property users. The renovation project has also significantly improved the energy efficiency of the building.
The renovation has combined three properties with a total floor area of 37,100 square metres into a single whole. The building is now a unique complex serving urban residents and employees, and housing a restaurant hub, grocery store, lobby service, as well as a flexible co-working area and other shared spaces.
The Siltasaari 10 development project was finalised in 2021.
